BKayCO Irrigation Services specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of high quality turf and landscape irrigation systems. Owned and operated by Brian Kay, located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Brian is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a B.S. degree in Soil and Crop Sciences with a specialization in Turfgrass. He has over 15 years of experience in the Golf industry, primarily in golf irrigation, and 5 years in Parks and Open Space as a Parks and Trail Planner.

Professional certifications include Landscape Irrigation Auditor and Golf, Commercial and Residential Irrigation Designer.

Brian is an expert in ET (evapotranspiration) based central irrigation computers and Internet based irrigation controls utilizing the latest in water saving features. In 2009 Brian oversaw the conversion of the entire El Paso County Parks system to Rainmaster iCentral controllers.

Modern irrigation controllers can utilize free weather data on the Internet to calculate and modify irrigation schedules. with an expected annual water savings of 30% or better when compared to traditional irrigation controls.
